PrognosisHSP normally will get better by itself within two weeks or so. There are the long term affects on your kidneys you have to worry about though. When you are living with it, you just need to rest and let the rash heal on its own, you do not need to change any patterns in your eating, sleeping, or daily habits.

Epidermology Henoch-Schonlein Purpura cannot be spread from one person to another. The only way it possibly could be spread is if you developed HSP because of a disease and another person caught it too. But just because you got HSP doesn't mean that other person will, because it is your own bodies immune systems reaction.
