What is it?
Henoch-Schonlein Purpura, or Anaphylactoid purpura/Vascular purpura, is a type of vascultitis that causes inflamation, bleeding and rupturing in your capillaries. The rupturing and bleeding is normally located in your kidneys, joints, skin, and intestines. HSP is normally found in young adults and children, mostly boys two-six years old. Most people recover completely from it, but some do get long term complication like chronic kidney disease.
